Whitney's Olympics

Pretty much every weekend we're in the city, I take the girls out into the park for various sporting activities (aka, Whitney's Olympics). Yesterday was typical -- in 3 1/2 hours, we rode to the North Meadow Recreation Center, went rock climbing (check out the video -- Emily set a record (for her and Alison) of scampering across a 40' wall in 19 seconds), played basketball and baseball; then rode to Lasker Rink for lunch and ice skating; then went home and Emily and Katharine and I took scooters to the playground, where we played frisbee and more baseball, climbed on the monkey bars and Emily did chin-ups for gummy bears.
